The fear of falling is a really big limiting factor when it comes to achieving your goals.

No matter how big or small your goals are the fear of falling is an exceptionally difficult sensation to get over. It has stopped so many people from achieving truly great accomplishments. We have been trained into thinking that if you fall you are a failure.

This couldn't be any more wrong

The only time you fail is when you give up and stop trying. If you fall it is just a learning curve for you, you have to get up dust yourself down and take note of the valuable lesson learned. Then make a strategy to avoid it happening again.

When you were younger and learning to walk or ride a bike you fell many many times. Nobody ever said you were a failure then, so why is it any different now that you are a bit older?

If you try your best to achieve your goals then you deserve a pat on the back.

So many people never even try because they are afraid. You have to expect you will fall along the way. You just need someone who is going to help you get back up when you do. If you don't have people around you willing to do these things you need to re-think. You have surrounded yourself with the wrong kind of people.

As long as these people are around you then you will always fail.

We all need support and encouragement on our way to achieving our goals. This is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of strength.

Setting goals is a really important part of life

However before you go after that goal is make sure you surround yourself with the right people. People who will give you a pat on the back and a helping hand when you need it. Everyone needs support and help along the way. Without it you are destined to fail.
